You know the urge, you’re reading something and you find yourself pausing to read it again. It doesn’t matter if the line is in or out of context. In a few brief words, the author has said something that resonates with you.
Some people will underline that sentence and think they’ll come back to it later. Other people like me don’t write in books, but I have been known to transcribe a sentence into a notebook to remember at some future date when I happen to stumble upon those words again.
Evan Robertson is an underliner and he clearly likes to read. Judging from the quotes on his posters he has eclectic taste. Each poster shares a line from a book he read combined with an original illustration. There are some gems in his series – something for everyone of a literary bent.
He has an Etsy shop where you can purchase a print. There a many more designs, which made my choice of images quite difficult. I do believe one of these will be gracing my walls in the near future, though I appear to be running out of wall space. Etsy and my friends are to blame.

I love these prints! Don’t worry, there’s always room for more artwork on the wall.
It’s the pairing or artwork I always obsess over, but it’s true – no shortage of wall space. I just need to use more of the walls!
