Matthew Inman, man behind one of my favorite web comics The Oatmeal, is an avowed fan of Sriracha, the amazing spicy chili hot sauce. You can even take a quiz on the site to determine how addicted you are to Sriracha.
He loves Sriracha so much that he commissioned some products for his online store. First there was underwear and now, from the makers of baconlube, there is Siracha popcorn. The recipe aims to be delicious, so Sriracha isn’t the only ingredient, since it would likely burn your face off:
The recipe contains a mixture of garlic, peppers, salt, and has quite a kick to it. If you eat it really fast it’s got a respectable afterburn, but if you take it slow it’s like riding a riverboat through the jungles of dee-lish.
At only $5.99 I may need to experience this treat.
