Bitmap Color Grid

I had a post a couple weeks ago (? – posts go by so quickly. Sometimes I look at my own blog to remember what I’ve been talking about) of an art installation of tennis balls that appeared to be bouncing through a museum, diverging into many spaces. Here is another concept of what can be done by suspending balls with filament.

Artist Nike Savvas suspended thousands of balls to create a spectrum of color in his piece  Atomic: Full Of Love, Full Of Love. the full effect can only be viewed at a distance, but even the close up shots are stunning.

Another work I would love to see in person.
