TED Talk: Science Explained through Dance

Two of my favorite things, art & science, become entwined in this talk by science writer John Bohannon, who posits a “modest proposal.” His proposal is based on a contest he began a few years ago called “Dance Your PhD.” Bohannon suggests we abandon the use of PowerPoint as the medium for presenting our ideas, and instead use dancers. Of course, his talk is entirely represented by dance.

      That would be highly entertaining, particularly if some of the well known scientists participated. Could probably get Brian Cox on board :) It would be better than seeing the same stock footage all the time
